DELIVERY

LULLABY shall deliver the orders of the products listed in the Delivery Confirmation until the delivery date specified in the Delivery Confirmation, and the orders without an estimated delivery date, within a maximum of (thirty) 30 days from the Order Confirmation date, unless there is an unusual situation due to availability in stock.

If the supply of the products is delayed due to a situation beyond LULLABY's control, LULLABY; informs the customer of the situation as soon as possible and takes measures to minimize the impact of the delay. LULLABY is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. However, when there is a serious risk of delay, the customer can reach LULLABY and get his money back for the products that the customer paid for but did not receive.

In the context of these Conditions, for the "delivery" or "delivered" situations to occur, the customer or a third party designated by the customer who will acquire the possession of the products must have received the product, which can be proven by signing the receipt of the products at the specified delivery address.
